TRG - 32-hour Paramedic Refresher Course
Course Overview
The Resuscitation Group proudly offers an Advanced Paramedic Refresher Course. The course is designed to meet the National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) requirements for paramedic recertification. We offer a comprehensive 32-hour program. Developed by TRG, this course incorporates the latest evidence-based practices and ILCOR guidelines to ensure participants are prepared to deliver exceptional prehospital care.
The Resuscitation Group is a Washington State-licensed Vocational and Post-Secondary School.
Participants will experience hands-on, interactive sessions including:
- High-Quality CPR and Resuscitation Science: Emphasis on the latest guidelines and techniques.
- Advanced Airway Management: Practical training on airway tools and ventilation strategies.
- Trauma Management: Evidence-based approaches to hemorrhage control and shock management.
- Cardiac Emergency Care: Updates on rhythm interpretation and acute coronary syndromes.
Program Options
32-Hour National Component
This course meets the NCCP’s 30 hours of national requirements for paramedic recertification and 2 hours of individual content.
Materials focus on:
- Airway Management: Techniques for effective ventilation and oxygenation.
- Cardiac Care: High-performance CPR and rhythm recognition.
- Trauma Skills: Managing life-threatening injuries and shock.
- Operational Skills: Safety practices, situational awareness, and communication.
This program provides practical, real-world learning experiences designed to enhance competency and confidence in critical situations.
